About the Program
Mission Viejo wrestling is a winter-season program in the CIF Southern Section, open to both boys and girls, that emphasizes conditioning, technical development, and tournament competition from early winter into spring. The program is in a building phase, with new coaching staff installed for 2025-26 and an actively expanding girls' wrestling team.
